Build a plinth - for cabinets as floor uneven Cut out architrave on door to make room for cabinets.

We will replace our backyard sliding door. It is currently not recessed and we want the new sliding door to be recessed. This will require concrete slab cutting. The dimension for the are to be cut is 3500mm(length)-150mm (wide) and 45mm (depth). However there is already a bit of cavity underneath the current sliding door frame (exact depth unknown). Build a cubby to house our cat box outside that will be directly accessible via the pet door that is already installed (see photos). There is currently some wood that was used for steps outside the dog door that can be repurposed (see photos) and we also have some fence palings, but you will likely need more supplies (e.g. to create a roof). The cubby needs to be vented to prevent odour build up and there also needs to be a way to open the cubby from outside so we can change and clean the cat box (e.g. a hinged door or hinged roof). I am looking for a licensed professional carpenter/engineer to provide detailed design drawings for a free-standing platform for an indoor "tree-house" to stand on the stairs in the stairwell to our apartment. I can provide the measurements on request (or welcome to visit and take them personally if preferred; roughly, the platform shouldbe 1.3m × 1.3m width and length, the shorter side 2.2m hight, and the taller side 2.8m). Attached are photos of the stairwell as well as a rough sketch of the base (with some beam at the forefront not shown so that the background can be seen), and maybe some beams on the diagonal to be added too. The taller end will be at the bottom of the stairs, with the platform floor sitting tightly between the three walls.

The task is to install a kitchen bar into the wall similar to the photo provided. I will supply the wood product from IKEA. The brackets and other materials will need to be supplied based on expertise/ recommendation. Brief: - define height and dimensions - cut IKEA worktop to required size - sand and finish worktop - install brackets into wall - mount and secure worktop - tidy and finish up

Small Metal Shed - needs to be dismantled and cut to size for council pickup. I have lots of tools but possible not the correct ones.

We would like to create a cupboard out of this stair alcove. The job would require the shelf-desk to be removed and a frame to be created and a door installed. The dimensions of the alcove are 1400H x 900W As I am unsure of the difficulty/scope of the work, I am setting the price at $5, and considering all offers. We have brought an EasyShed 1.5m x 0.78m shed and it's a little beyond our abilities. Meant to be an easy quick build for those with the skills

Looking to replace (remove existing, supply and install new timber board) approximately 5-6 metres of skirting board within this photo, 4-5 metre on one wall, 1 metre on the other. Skirting needs to match the existing timber skirting board. Ideally pre-primed, but doesn't have to be. Not looking for it to be painted as having all skirting painted separately. Thanks
