We need a bathroom cabinet re-built, that can take getting wet, with sliding doors and a higher internal shelf on one side to accomodate a spot for a cat littler tray. So we can leave the sliding door open slightly so she can access the space. We have a cabinet currently that was installed when we purchased the house and it was built out of layered plywood and was not treated properly and it has open shelves. We don’t need anything fancy. We just want something simple and functional. The last two images are ideas of doors. We would prefer to keep the cost down. Measurements are 360 depth 800 height 910 width

Decking materials would be supplied but would need nail gun and circle saw to cut and measure decking

Four wood chairs and one three-seater sofa that needs sanding, old staples removed, some minor repairs and varnishing. They will need a few new pieces of plywood (for support) added to the seat bases to replace the original webbing I removed. I have removed the springs from the seat backs, which need to be replaced with wood doweling. I am happy to consider any alternatives to make the pieces easier to restore. I have some additional images of the look/feel/finish I’m going for if it helps. I can buy any additional materials you need to do the repairs or pay for them directly if it’s easier. You’ll need to provide any power tools, etc., required to refinish the pieces. I’ve also included some photos to indicate what they currently look like. Generally, staples need removing, new pieces of wood need to be added around the inside edges of the seat bases (likely), all-over sanding is required, and some minor repairs are needed. We have had some storage draws in the garage installed. It seems that they were installed incorrectly and an additional support rail needs to be installed between the draw sets. We have the rail we just need one new support rail added and another moved over slightly to adjust the middle support for the draws.

Wooden floor has got damp while we were away. Need to try and treat the wood which appears to have been damaged

We need our deck sanded and re-stained to protect it from the weather. It is a small deck - 8m long widest part is 2.3m. It is an irregular shape.

I have a front area including stairs and landing, a back deck and a wooden slatted outside wall that all need touching up. I can't get to it before visitors arrive for Xmas. The front steps and landing are not too expansive and should be relatively easy and quick with the right equipment. The back deck is about 2.5m x 6m and the wall around 1.5m x 5m front and back.
