I run a small shop in bayswater which is essentially 1 big room. I have attached a photo for reference on the space. I am looking to install a super basic bathroom in the back corner where the kitchenette is (basic toilet and small basin). If possible interested in quoting for a full install and also a basics install where I can finish the rest. As a small business owner and in this economy I have to save as much money as possible so I'm open to options to save where possible, second hand basin, clearance tiles etc let me know. The sewerage is in the back corner of the space under the corner bench. I will be ripping out the kitchenette before install. The ideal option of all included would be tiled floor and half height walls. The walls and a door for the bathroom door (pocket door) would also need to be built. Doesn't need to go the full height to the ceiling but I assume a simple roof on it might also be good. I appreciate this quote would only be a guess as measurements would be needed and an inspection so if you can give ballpark figures we can go from there.

One beam has rotted and snapped under the deck flooring and needs replacing. It’s roughly 3-4m long. In the photos, the top side of the deck sags/bounces in the middle right side. From the underside it’s the second beam in that’s broken. Available from November 6!

Hello, I am looking for a handyman or woodwork specialist to build a custom obstacle for our portable mini golf course. The task involves cutting down the following boards: Quantity: 150 sheets Original Size: 2740mm x 870mm Quantity: 150 sheets Cut Size: 2570mm x 835mm The condition of the boards is clean, de-nailed, and straight. All sheets provided are the same size, eliminating the need to recalibrate machines. Each board requires only two cuts. Requirements: • Intermittent checking, to ensure uniform sizing; and • Ensure the workspace is left clean after the project.
