Remove existing verandah wooden post which is rotten at its base. Replace by 90×90 mm (about 2.30 m length) cypress post that I have on site already. Post will need to be cut to fit under the verandah beams and the beams will need temporary support. To replace the post, a couple of wooden boards under the verandah roof will need to be removed and then put back in place. No need to paint, I will do it later. We currently have a ledge in our bathroom which we are hoping to re-surface - place a new ledge on top off (as a mirror sits on the current ledge, we are not wanting to replace the mirror or remove the shelf so we are wanting to work with what we have). As a starting point, I have done some measurements and updated these on the two of the photos. There are two that outlines what we have in the Kitchen and then I have updated a final with what we would like. Basically, a five drawer Pantry fit-out with shelve above and to the left. The intention would be for us to take the old out leaving the side panels for you to put the drawers and shelves in and the place the doors back on.
