We need someone to rebuild our cubby house. My husband dimantled it but needs a builder to put it back up.

Build rafters over deck and install corrugated polycarbonate roof. Total width is approx 26m and depth of around 1.5m. Ensure the water is drained well using existing gutters. House roof is built using kliplok roofing system. I’m flexible on using either corrugated poly or Ez Glaze. Happy to source all materials required for the job.

Hi there, Need internal Stud Wall and double doors framed and hung. Old frame, jamb and trim is available too. Space is 2.5m wide, and slopes to about 2.9 high ceiling. Studs to be clad with gyprock and plastered over. We can paint ourselves. We can supply doors and door locks. Other materials to be quoted separately by tasker or I can supply. Cornice may be required too, not sure. Can Pay $40 an hour (Labour only = approx $500 for 2 days work) or submit a quote. Depending on response I may repost job to just seek consultation and quote. I would like to get my timber handrails, steps and some parts of the decking replaced at our house in Belgrave. There may be some stomps that need a bit of fixing too but this is something that needs to be discussed on-site. There are less than 10 steps and depending on your experience, availability and price, we could replace only some parts of the decking or the whole lot. Price shown is just an estimate of labor costs but will be discussed at the time of receiving a quote.

AT the moment there is mesh there, but the cat is still getting out by climibing up the mesh and through a hole on the top. I envisage a piece of wood, of some description, don't know what, to be put there to keep the cat safe. I would need the person to buy the timber and bring it to the house to install. Not sure what kind of timber, whatever is cheapest. If person could come and inspect and offer advice.
