Scope: Fix single carport posts, provide new single garage lockable metal door (roller)/refit it, remove/replace existing carport roof sheets with new ones, replace rotting decking sections on deck, possible repainting of carport, decking/frames/roof rear double sliding door Single Carport: 1) Fix structural carport top beam and re-set 90x90 post/s (carport is a bit lopsided). 2) Remove and replace carport roof sheets with new same style polycarbonate (tint) sheeting - approx .10 sheets. 3) Provide a new single (roller style) metal garage door/lockable (colorbond colours), to be supplied, refitted on the carport frames (note: the old garage door broke/fell off the existing posts and has been taken down) - so the existing posts may need to be reinforced/or redone to support new garage door, etc. 4) Clean out the carport gutters (filled with debris) Decking: 5) remove and replace some sections of the rotten decking area (about 8 pieces) in similar style to suit existing style. Other: 6) Dispose of the existing old garage door that fell off (currently left on site) All other work related rubbish removed, and the site left clean. Need a tax invoice. Need workmanship warranty. Proper professional licensed and insured tradesperson. All work to be completed promptly (not in bits and pieces/between other jobs please to avoid inconveniencing tenants).

Looking to get a quote for custom cabinets. We are hoping to fit in a sink and a tall cupboard, with additional cupboards above the washer and dryer and above the sink (not shown in imagines). We are hoping for white cupboard with a woodlook benchtop with a matte black sink but we have limited budget so interested in any suggestions on the best approach. I’ve attached some photos of our laundry and included below a mock up of what we’re thinking of doing (the fridge is the stacked washer and dryer).

I have a 9mm MDF backdrop arch that I need legs for. Ideally, I’d like the legs to be discreet and removable. I need two legs in total, one on either side.
