I am assembling 4 prototype parts by TIG welding SS components. There are 8 welds required, with a total weld length of approximately 1.2 metres. There are 2 types of material; 3mm 316 SS plate with a #4 polish finish and 31.7 mm OD 316 SS tube with a 3 mm wall thickness and a #8 mirror finish. Full weld penetration is crucial for structural integrity. I will take care of grinding and polishing of welds and heat affected areas. Welding can be done at my premises at Birkdale as long as you have a 10A 240V TIG welder, or bring your own power supply. I am happy to travel to your workshop as long as its within a 10km radius of Birkdale. This a 1 off gig, however there will be an ongoing requirement for welding services when this product enters the marketplace.

Approximately six wooden sleepers as structural posts must be great looking. Three top beams with wires run through to allow a creeper vine to grow over.

Current built in shelves collapsed. Looking to get shelves put back together either using existing panels or if necessary new panels.
