I am assembling 8 prototype parts by TIG welding SS components. There are 32 welds required, with a total weld length of approximately 10 metres. Material is mirror finish 3mm 316 SS plate and tube. Full weld penetration is crucial for structural integrity. I will take care of grinding and polishing of welds and heat affected areas. Welding can be done at my premises at Birkdale as long as you have a 10A 240V TIG welder, or bring your own power supply. I am happy to travel to your workshop as long as its within a 20km radius of Birkdale. This a 1 off gig, however there will be an ongoing requirement for welding services when this product enters the marketplace.

Removal of aprox 20sqm of ply wood in roof cavity. It's screwed down. Must also take away to dispose of.

Old shade cloth has been removed but timber fastening around the edges (including nails) need to be removed and then new shade cloth fitted. Area is approx 7m x 3m. Shade cloth and shade cloth timber fasteners provided, as shown in picture (rather than using timber and nails to secure shade cloth)

There are 2 types of material; 3mm 316 SS plate with a #4 polish finish and 31.7 mm OD 316 SS tube with a 3 mm wall thickness and a #8 mirror finish. Approximately six wooden sleepers as structural posts must be great looking. Three top beams with wires run through to allow a creeper vine to grow over.
