To sand back stained old timber stairs -13 steps with mid landing about 2m long . Has many small dents, chips etc. To then stain and seal -water based. Also small hallway approx 5m long.

We are in the process of putting a brand new kitchen in. We have had some new floorboards laid in the area where the new kitchen will be (see pictures). In order for the Cabinet Maker to begin the kitchen installation we just need the floor to have a rough sanding so it is even for the cabinetry. I am looking for someone who could help with this. Please note we will have it sanded,stained, polished etc in the very near future. We are just wanting to get it roughly sanded so we can get our kitchen in before Xmas. The room is a big space and all up in 70sqm A weekend day would be my preference for job completion but can be flexible if need be

Timber spotted gum lining boards (90mm X 10mm X 3m) to be fitted underneath staircase walls to convert space into a wine cellar. Must be very experience in lining board installation and have an eye for detail as workmanship needs to be precise, seedless and perfect. Timber and glue will be provided but must have the all the necessary tools to complete the job right. About a days work.
