I have two window panes that I need new frames made up for, to be put in a wall. They are old style windows, so something classic. I will need hardware added to make them waterproof and working well. Price can be discussed. Approx 110 x 55cm

Need approx. 7 lineal meters of Scotia installed. There are corners and areas which need to be joined to existing Scotia so there will be some cutting. As part of the task, Scotia needs to be picked up from Malaga (already ordered and paid for) and brought to Brentwood for install

Would like someone to build and install steps to replace the pictured ones. Timber, dark coloured please. I can remove and dispose of the current steps. I would like some standard box steps, like deck ones. Measurements: Total drop: 500mm Passageway width: 870mm I don't buy steps often so no idea what price should be, but let me know what you think is reasonable. 2.4 mt of floor cupboards ( IKEA) assembled and need affixing to wall. Laminate benchtops, need cutting to size , plus 400 X 400 sink to be cut in and sealed. Sealing of benchtop to also . Tiling and plumbing seperate to this job. Will need own jigsaw and tools. Will supply sealer and any consumables.
