In our upstairs bathroom, water can run out of the bathroom and onto the carpet outside because there is no threshold. To address that, we would need to get a solution like a stone threshold. Also, on one side the very bottom part of the wooden door jam got damaged by water, so would need that bit cut out and repaired as well. And the sealant below the glass and between some of the outside tiles needs to redone as well. Looking for a licensed tradesperson to do the work, so it can be signed off and approved by our insurance. They require this work to be done first, before they can go ahead and work on repairs related to a recent flooding. Thanks, Erik

I need two treated pine planter boxes built - see design and measurements in photo. I need to build these around existing pot plants outside - the pots are falling apart. I will demolish the pots (see photos) and need plants to be placed inside new boxes you will build please. This is basic timber box construction x 2, each box with 4 legs (so they are raised off the ground) and will also need a base that holes can be drilled into for plant drainage. Materials need to be something that will not poison plants so I’ve chosen treated pine. You will need to buy the timber for the job.
