The shelves are built strong but the finishing it’s terrible. They were cover with hybrid waterproof flooring but they might need something else to look seamless and clean.

We have an oily stain on our floorboard that we need removed. We have tried to scrub with a mild surfactant and gumption but neither worked and have slightly worn down the board around the stain.

Need a 3000 x 850 cut out to an existing garage attic timber floor where a stair will be installed. Cut would need to go through 20mm yellow tongue + 150mm floor joists. The floor joists are now supported by a steel beam which has been installed. Expect cut will be done from attic on the floor, plenty of headroom & easy access. It’s a quick job & I would do it myself but want a clean & square cut done as the stair will be fixed to it - so needs someone with a suitable drop on their saw.
