Current steel base is broken and new mattress is bigger than bed frame so I need to build a slat base that is elevated and level with top of bed frame so mattress can sit flat. Brackets and structure needs to be raised to allow for this with additional strength needed. 1.98cm x 1.8cm x 4.5cm New mattress will overhang frame so needs to be level the height of the frame.

I need 3x 19mm plywood sheets cut at the 645mm mark. They are 1200 in length. Unfortunately, I just don't have the right space or equipment to safely get it done, while also ensuring the cut is straight. The first photo shows my attempt at the cut and setup with support pieces of wood, I was able to get through 1 board but had a kickback on my circular saw. Second photo shows the first board cut. Third photo shows the other boards that need to be cut. You'll need your own tools to get the job done.
