There are a about 6-8 small/faded rust stains and one larger one. The staining is on concrete - in an outdoor apartment on the 5th floor. I have tried to remove the stains with vinegar and CLR, but they are stubborn. Need a professional to take this on with stronger products. I need this work done quickly – as I’ve already moved out of the property and have been asked to rectify following exit report. Would be great if it can be done by lunchtime Monday, but have some flexibility into next week. Building has lift access, but there’s no water source on the balcony. Private parking under building also available for smaller vehicles.

Hi, I’m looking for a carpenter or cabinet maker to build a cabinet with the following specifications: - The cabinet should have NO gaps at the joints of the cabinet to completely block any light from the outside. - It should have a door with a keylock on the right side for easy access to internals. - Dimensions: Width 120 cm x Height 180 cm, bottom depth: 71 cm, top part depth: 61 cm. - We’d like the cabinet to be either black or white. - Not sure about the material, could be veneered plywood panels or something like that. Thickness should be ~9mm. - The front side of the cabinet will have a mirror installed later, so for now should have an opening and no panel installed. For the mirror installation we’d like to have pre-cut corner guards or any other suitable solution for holding a 4-6mm mirror on the cabinet (we only need the corner guards, not the installation of them).
