We have a beautiful solid wood 3m x 1.25m table that we want cut down to 2.2m x 1.25m long so it will fit in our home. It also has two bench seats that are both 3m and need to be shortened to 2.2m also. We need someone who either has their own equipment or access to equipment such as circular saw with laser/etc to make sure it's cut perfectly straight. The legs will also need to be moved as they are attached (via screws) to the end of the table. It will then need to be varnished and ready to use as a table. We need a carpenter or woodworker or someone confident with table making. It is located in Brunswick but we would like someone that has a truck/transport that can move it and drop it off at Keilor East after.

I am looking for a quote for a new bathroom door. The space is quite small so they got creative, installing a PVC folding one, however it’s come to the end of its life. Ideally I’d like a wooden door, although conscious of space. So, if possible maybe a bifold door? Open to options depending on price. There are currently doors on which will need taking off, and we are ideally after the current doorknobs to be transferred onto our new doors. I’ve finished installing ikea kitchen but I’ve lost confidence on joining the bench top and need some help finishing it off. Two bench tops need to be joined neatly and I’m worried I am going to bugger it up, so I’m calling on the help of a professional! There are a about 6-8 small/faded rust stains and one larger one. The staining is on concrete - in an outdoor apartment on the 5th floor. I have tried to remove the stains with vinegar and CLR, but they are stubborn. Need a professional to take this on with stronger products. I need this work done quickly – as I’ve already moved out of the property and have been asked to rectify following exit report. Would be great if it can be done by lunchtime Monday, but have some flexibility into next week. Building has lift access, but there’s no water source on the balcony. Private parking under building also available for smaller vehicles.
