Require a timber structure (daybed) to be removed/demolished. Underneath is a timber floor which will require sanding and coating to match surrounding timber deck. Not sure what this would cost but happy for someone to come view and provide proper quotation for the work.

Needing the old cupboard box above my fridge removed and a new cupboard box measured, made and installed. Note: no door or brackets are required as this new box will act as a shelf above the fridge.

Two hardwood planks / steps (about 55mm thick) need the rotten sections replaced with replacement hardwood. Top deck replacement section is about 80cm (l) x 5.5cm (d) x 6.0cm (w). Bottom section is approx 120cm (l) x 5.5cm (d) x 5cm (w). New sections need to fit as seamlessly as possible into the existing steps. I have the replacement wood (from an existing step). All you need is the tools....and skill to do the job! Varnishing not required. No specific timeline for the job to be done.
