Upon inspection it was noted the entire timber roof framing to rear shed was in very poor condition and would be surprised if passed by council and or current building inspection. The timber beams have been fixed from exterior through the brick walls which have now badly rusted and fixing heads entirely rusted and gone. This has caused cracking to brickwork in several area’s. There are also roof timbers sitting on very small parts of walls not fixed at all. The existing Trimdek roof sheets are also rusting and in very poor condition and some sheets to rear appear to be running the opposite to main roof.
