I need a room divider built for my studio apartment. It will be positioned between a heavy buffet and chest of drawers but does need to be sturdy to hang a mirror, some artwork and clothing hooks. Ok to purchase pre-built panels and cut to size rather than building every piece from scratch.

White wall has mold stain stubborn to be removed hence to be painted

Replace/repair timber decking (small area) This small section (3620x555mm) of old outdoor timber decking is sagging downwards because the crossbeam below is rotting. I'm looking for someone to fix it up so that the deck no longer sags. I think the crossbeam needs replacing but the pieces of the deck itself don't need to be.

Cabinetmaker or carpenter required to make a wooden base for the microwave so that it is balanced within the allocated space inside kitchen cabinet so the door opens freely and to attach aluminium frame. Currently the microwave door runs against the frame and doesn’t open.

Looking to remove the existing cabinets, not the main structure neither benchtop, and apply new cover being it fibre cement panel cladding. Happy for you to come have a look and understand works better.

Cut out 15 rotten decking boards from outdoor raised deck area and replace - replacement boards already on site. Replacement pieces are recycled from neighbours deck and mostly already cut to length. Pics below of the two sections requiring the work - with replacement boards overlayed those requiring removal.

Our oven/stove has died, and to replace we need to widen the space. Currently the width is 50cm, and we need to take 2cm off each side to widen the total space to 54cm. Depth of stone is 18mm, length of the cuts is just under 64cm.

One bedroom ceiling plasterboard fix (less than 1 square meters) and painting , living room ceiling painting and maybe in bathroom ceiling too. Bathroom joinery needs to tighten screws.

Really straightforward job. Bought white melamine board with one long finished edge from Bunnings, need it cut to match existing shelves in cupboard (approx 35cm wide, 54cm deep) should be able to get 4 shelves out of it. Need clean, straight cuts. I do not have the tools/space/facilities. Can drive to you.

1. Hinges replaced on a large cabinet door flap. 2. A drawer installed from scratch in a section of the kitchen wall that might be a bit tricky because it is below the floor boards in the dining room. 3. Another drawer installed to match existing drawers (completely unrelated to number 2). I have the front plate already because it is used for an ironing board that was never utilised.
