Current front door need panel replaced to translucent laminate design - see attached images. Carpenter or woodworker required. The door can be taken to a workshop. The task does not have to be done at the home.

Removal of old small roller door, build new timber frame out of treated pine and tie back into existing structure to close off opening. Old timber frame sat on brick footing. Will require the removal of at least 8 corrigated wall sheets and reattached once the frame is repaired. All debri to remain at property. Sorry no photo to upload.

The kitchen cabinet above the fridge was about 35 mm too low to fit our fridge, I have pulled out the cabinet and the door. It needs to be cut and adjusted professionally to suit the fridge. The door is a hinged upward opening door

We have a small laundry and an under stairs space that needs to be fitted out by a joiner or carpenter. We need the person to have excellent reviews and provide a cost estimate for supply and install and timeline to complete the work before we arrange for an in home measurement. Laundry: From our measurements it is roughly: Width 1600, Length 2650, Height 2700. We'll stick to a top loader and possibly add a plinth when we're ready for a front loader. Keen to get this priced up with plain doors matching current unit AND with Shaker doors (matching other units in the house). Details below.
