Removal of old small roller door, build new timber frame out of treated pine and tie back into existing structure to close off opening. Old timber frame sat on brick footing. We have a small laundry and an under stairs space that needs to be fitted out by a joiner or carpenter. We need the person to have excellent reviews and provide a cost estimate for supply and install and timeline to complete the work before we arrange for an in home measurement. Laundry: From our measurements it is roughly: Width 1600, Length 2650, Height 2700. We'll stick to a top loader and possibly add a plinth when we're ready for a front loader. Keen to get this priced up with plain doors matching current unit AND with Shaker doors (matching other units in the house). Details below.
