New skirting boards to be fitted in three bedrooms upstairs. No existing skirting boards on the staircase. New skirting board to be fitted on the staircase (one side only). Replacement of old skirting board downstairs and fitting of new skirting board. Approximately 85m in total to be measured, cut, and fitted. Job must take place on Wednesday 1st May.
