Small garden shed assembly

I have a stretch of wall that needs new skirtings installed, and one door frame that needs architrave. They were previously damaged by termites and were repaired, but the builder never finished up (probably because it's a small job). Looks like materials in question are available at Bunnings - happy to supply them. Not sure what's reasonable for this job so negotiate a fair price. :)

My builder has done the basics for a small pool house, but he has been called out to another job for a month. The finishing touches would probably take 1-2 days. There is a wooden base around the two fridges which is around the fridge wheels. Looking for someone to remove the wooden base from underneath the fridges so that the fridge can stand free on its wheels.
