Assess deck in need of repair

Former housemate pressure washed our wooden deck and caused a lot of the wood to chip. We live in a rental so we need to get the deck repaired to the real estate's satisfaction. Need someone to attach two timber panels on a wall. Job requirements: - Pick up timber panel from Bunnings (500m from my house), I will pay for the items. The panel dimensions are 270 L x60 W (see photo below). - Cut skirting to appropriate size to make space for panel on the wall. - Cut panel to size if required. The heigh matches my ceiling height, the width may require a bit of trim. - Attach panel to wall. See photos below, I want the panels attached on the space marked in red.
