Looking for someone to plan and build a deck off the back of our house. Would be around 40 square metres and we'd like a pergola for about 2/3 of it. Would be level to our back door so maybe 2 ft high with some stairs at one end. We have a rough design in mind but would like some input.

I require skirting boards installed in this room. See pictures. The skirting boards are to sit onto of the floor boards. I have the skirting boards purchased. They are large skirting boards (I.e 190mm), so a large circular saw/mitre saw is required to cut at required angles There are also a few small cuts that will need to be made around corners
