I will be getting new floorboards installed in my apartment and need to have the bottom of 2 bedroom doors trimmed by around 1cm. Apartment is on the first floor with one flight of stairs. Visitor parking is available on the complex. There's no furniture in the apartment so the work can be done in the living room area.

I am so close! I have a hardwood fence built and s as gate hinge/bracket ready to go but do not trust myself to get the timber boards fixed to the gate frame straight and strong enough. We had a new oven installed, but the current space for the oven is not deep enough. It is approx 25 millimetres too shallow. We need someone to cut a hole in the cabinet at the back of the oven space, to allow the oven to fit. We also need some timber put in to fill the hole between the oven and the top of the bench.
