Infill work on bottom second step & removal of right hand side railings Notes: To install a straight chairlift system on this staircase, I was told will need a local carpenter to modify the 2 steps at the bottom to create a flat landing at step level 2 (highlighted) this will then meet safeworks approval and give sufficient space for the user to get on and off the chair safely, they will have 2 x steps to climb at the bottom and 1 at the top, once the work is complete and carpet finished we can install a straight system AND also to remove and reposition the railings on the right to the left wall of the staircase and where I drew lines to act as support for user getting on and off the stair life and steps, Please ignore the schematic notes saying railings can remain..i think they are a mistake Ive previous posted this as two jobs but I prefer someone who can do this as one job.
