I've removed a top cabinet in my fridge space with the intention of reinstalling it 5cm higher. I need help putting the cabinet back into the space and fixing some damaged plasterboard around the site.

I have around 9 windows of different sizes. I am looking for a handyman who can install a simple timber frame around each window. The timber will be similar or identical to the facia that connects the wall to the ceiling. See the first image I have attached. On the left side is the timber that connects the outer wall to the ceiling. On the right is one of the actual windows. I want to use that size timber or a little wider to go around the window , frame it and hide the aluminium that is visible. I will provide the timber but you need to tell me where to buy it. I’ve had some ikea wall cabinets installed recently and I’d like a pelmet made to look like the cabinets run to the ceiling. I have the white gloss board needed but not the fittings(L brackets) to affix to the existing cabinets. I'm buying a townhouse with hideous tile in the entry and kitchen. The lounge has decent wood-look laminate, and I want to budget for replacing the tiles with similar laminate to the lounge.
