Require a licensed plumber to re-seat our stainless steel sink that is leaking around the back somewhere. Task is to remove sink, clean out silicon, re-seal and replace.

Looking for someone to build some custom floating shelves in our home (see photo of alcove). However, there is a piano that sits in front of the alcove so must be able to do the work without moving the piano.

I had new carpet installed recently and I require 3x doors to be planed / trimmed so they can be rehung. One door may require repairs where the old hinges were fixed (see photos). Works will also require seal coating / finish to cut surface. Garage space is available to do the work.

Storage cupboard door hinge has broken and needs replacing. I have purchased the half overlay cabinet hinge and need someone to replace the broken one.

Two timber overmantles require reattaching to their plaster walls as they have slightly moved. Job requires an experienced, qualified carpenter.

Entertainment doors were mis aligned during transit. They now require adjustment to ensure they’re flush with the body of entertainment unit. Images are attached for reference, doors sit on your standard hinge

I have an under stair space which I would like to convert in to a functional pantry with shelving - I assume this may need to be custom fitted given the awkward size. Have started the project DIY with some help, but need a carpenter with good attention to detail for the finishing accents around timber cathedral ceiling, windows and door (already have materials for this), as well as to build an internal wall between studio space, bathroom and storage closet. Bought a stainless steel workbench and it was missing screws (have bought multiple that could work) but there also was a manufacturer defect where there are no holes in legs for screws to attach to. - Due date: Needs to be done on Tuesday, 17 October 2023

Im looking for a skilled person who can make 2x timber shelving units with fixed shelves, one heavy duty and one general. There is a Mitre 10 across the road so I can purchase the timber required. A simple wood frame with 2 drawers needs to be readjusted. Instead of bed pulling out from the back to front, I’d like it to pull out left to right. It just needs to be reconfigured.
