Pool tiles at waterline popping off owing to substrate movement and aggregate staining grout lines. Would like tiles at waterline replaced after underlying concrete repaired and waterproofed to avoid grout stains returning. Need to keep and preserve current pavers. Job will need licensed tradesmen and current insurance. Budget negotiable for the right candidate who can achieve the right result.

Need carpenter to erect in exact locations at correct heights (up to 8.5m high). Must be done on Thursday. I need a carpenter or someone who can fix sofas for repair the wooden panel that has broken under my sofa.

Deck is 10 years old in good condition. Every 2-3 years has been oiled with Intergrain Ultradeck water based Clear Timber Oil. Last time however I used Merbau Timber Stain which is a different finish and very poor. Deck needs to be sanded back to remove Timber Stain and refinished again with Intergrain Ultradeck water based Clear Timber Oil. Deck is 58m2 and sides are 6m2 (200-300mm height). Deck surrounds a pool with sandstone coping which will need protection from staining.
