Need to put frame in my existing shed which has low flat frame

We need an experienced handy person/builder/cabinetmaker to turn wall cavity into a linen closet with door and shelves. The wall cavity is 60cm deep (+ thickness of the wall) and 102cm wide. The cavity is currently occupied by an old gas heater which will be removed. Inside the cavity it goes all the way up to the chimney. There are several steps to the job. 1. The gas heater will need to be removed. We can organise this with our gasfitter. 2. Patch the hole on the side of the wall that’s left open by the gas heater. The patch will be no larger than 88x76cm. We have paint available that matches our walls. 3. On the other side of the wall, that’s where we want the door to the linen closet to be. 4. Seal and finish the inside of the wall cavity: build a ‘lid’ and shelves for the linen cupboard, etc. Except the paint which we already have, we would like you to suggest what the closet should be made of (eg white wooden linen cupboard door) and supply material for the job. This is not an urgent task. We are very happy to work around your availability. Could be great if you are looking for a job in between projects.
