I need a wooden box made up from treated pine 1500mm x 1200mm by 370mm high to cover a water tank lid at ground level in my back yard. The box would have a frame with these dimensions and have slats around the sides and top. It does not need to be fixed to the ground, it just sits over the lid which is surrounded by pebbles. - Due date: Flexible

Some replacing old bits of wood on a house

The bank would like money to be paid direct to a builder/carpenter to finish the renovation on my house. I am in need of a builder or carpenter to complete the work. I have an owner builder lisence so a carpenter is fine. The building consists of 6 portable office buildings placed together so the construction is a little different. At present I am looking at completing the master bedroom, ensuite, laundry, kitchen and lounge room. Work to be done: Majority of the internal framing is complete however there is some finishing needed in corners etc. for fixing of gyprock. Lvl beams that support the ceiling need to be finished installing in remaining sections.. followed by the usual steps. Would be happy to arrange an inspection to organize a plan and agree on pricing.
