Hi I’m looking for someone to remove existing timber (liquid nailed on), and replace with VJ groove cladding. The timber joists beneath may need to be changed as the current timber runs vertical. And painted white.

I need one side of old rotted timber gable facia removed to assess total damage and what else may be necessary to replace and repair gable timbers. Initial job is to assess damage and assess what is needed to be done to complete repair. I estimate 2-3 hours max to remove one piece of timber and only assess required time and materials to repair facia. Repair and replacement of east side facia timber is separate new job.

I'm looking at revamping these kitchen cupboards. They're a basic laminate. There's 14 cabinets and 2 drawers. Property is located in Cronulla

The face panel of the integrated dishwasher is wider than it should be as its side edge is rubbing snug against the bottom of the side panels of the carcass. Hence why the dishwasher has dislodged and is moving, as overtime from rubbing it gave way. I am unsure how to solve the width dimension so it doesn’t rub and I don’t really want a new face panel, but it would be ok to shave the carcass sides maybe?

The timber decking boards are convex and so a mechanical sander won’t work. Majority of the deck just needs to be cleaned before staining but an area of about 3m is exposed to the sun and the previous stain needs to be removed before re-sealing. This will need to be done by hand. I have the stain and am happy to do the full clean but need someone to sand the required area, give it a good sweep and then apply 2 coats of stain, allowing sufficient time between coats to dry.

Looking for someone to build me a floor for my canopy needs to be roughly 380mm high and approx 1830 by 1900 I want it to have under floor storage in the section marked x on the plan in the photos, and to also have a recessed section for the fridge to sit in the part of the bed does not need any storage.

Need a carpenter or someone handy to build me under floor storage with removable top access, for my canopy I want the floor to sit higher so it has enough room to store things under it but still enough room to have a bed on top I want to be able to access the storage via removing the tiles or something similar. Canopy is roughly 1830: L 1900: W

I have a yardsaver shed from Cheapsheds that needs assembling. The instructions are online and we have a link to them. The shed is similar to the one in the photograph. We’re in Cronulla and available from today until Thursday

After a flood in the laundry I need to replace 3 cabinets, architrave and skirting board.

I need to cut part of my kitchen bench that is hanging of the end. It is only wood so should be easy to cut and sand the edges.

Our laminate stair noses have come off and need to be glued and nailed in with an invisible nail.

I would like two doors opening in the middle, too and bottom, to match the paint colour. Not set on what to do here but want some sort of cupboard doors. So let me know if you have a better idea! 1518 x 741 838 x 741 Something with push opening, not handles as it’s in a high traffic area.

Shed panels have been assembled already, just need it put together with hinges, door handles etc.

(I’m painting new ones constantly) It would be simple for someone handy but that’s not who I am haha. Each piece Is large but they’re all different sizes. Let’s say 1meter x 1.5meters usually. Looking for them to be built and finished (sanded etc) to a condition where I can have them spray painted. If you’ve done something like this before that would be great.
