Balcony dimensions 4380 x 2000mm Heavy sand and stain. Preference for lighter stain but appreciate the limitations that exist. No interest in a painted finish.
Hughie you’re brilliant! Other quoted and said it couldn’t be done so I was apprehensive when you took on the job. Your communication was excellent. You arrived on time (a few minutes early in fact). Cut holes in the top of two kitchen cabinets + two layers of gyprock that is above the cabinets. This is to access the aircon unit to remove and replace it. The top of the cabinets will then need to be replaced – but this would be ideally with a removable piece of melamine (or similar) in case future aircon access is required.
