We have an office area in which the carpet has become stained. We had a large roll left over from the original job a few years ago which I would like to utilise in replacing to the best it can be done the stained areas, requires a pull up of the old and replace with the new. It is a rented property and so I may or may not move in the future so don't want to buy new carpet and do the whole job.

I need to have palings installed to an existing shed at the front and back . The palling will need to be painted black to match the garage . Photo of existing garage and then the type of paling we want to have installed onto it.

I have a sliding door that is now not in use and I need the entry slot of the door into the wall cassette covered with timber ( pine or similar) prior to plaster and paint ( not part of this job unless you want to discuss.). The timber does not need to be all one piece as it will be plastered or painted over. The skirting board section will need replacing. The cavity is 2955 high, 625 wide and depth is flexible but must be more than 35 mll.

Deck is 2.6 x 2.8 wide. Sand and stain/seal

Carpenter/cabinet maker Help to hang kaboodle flatpak kitchen wall cabinets 720x 800mm x 300mm and secure on solid brick wall with fixings. All material and fixings supplied on site.
