My outdoor alfresco need cleaning and stain removal. My garage concrete floor needs cleaning and stain removal

The floor panel in my laundry cabinet is damaged and needs replacing. The unit is 720mm wide x 600mm deep and 875mm high It has an existing stone benchtop that needs to remain and has tiled backsplash over the stone benchtop. Not sure the easiest way to make this good but I need a top quality finish

I have an existing built in cupboard for a wall oven. Now need to replace with a larger oven from 38cm to 45cm height. Plus the depth will also need altering. A cupboard is behind so ok to do changes Photo one shows current height and the shelf will need to drop by approx 10cms photo 2 shows existing depth that will also need changes

The stain has some mold, but only a small amount. This will need to be removed too. After the mold is removed, a coat of white paint may be needed - no need to paint the whole ceiling as I will paint the bedroom in the future. The stain is about 1m x 80 cm. If somebody could complete the job this weekend that would be fantastic.

I require plywood panels for interior lining of 30ft yacht located at East Coast Marina. It is about 6 panels (5 sq metres in total) Could probably use existing carpet lining as a rough template. I will probably cover these panels with vinyl so do not need the surface to be finished. I do require the panels to be a good fit.

Wooden display box for a veteran bayonet. I will add hinges and latch once I decide on colour preference. I just need someone to help with the woodwork part of the project. Size of box needs to be 60cm wide x 25cm high and 6cm deep. Wood can be plain pine or similar to be stained. I will add perspex to front panel and something on the back plus I have shockproof sponge on order to cut to size for internals. You only need to make the two frames to create the length, width and overall depth.

I am assembling 8 prototype parts by TIG welding SS components. There are 32 welds required, with a total weld length of approximately 10 metres. Material is mirror finish 3mm 316 SS plate and tube. Full weld penetration is crucial for structural integrity. I will take care of grinding and polishing of welds and heat affected areas. Welding can be done at my premises at Birkdale as long as you have a 10A 240V TIG welder, or bring your own power supply. I am happy to travel to your workshop as long as its within a 20km radius of Birkdale. This a 1 off gig, however there will be an ongoing requirement for welding services when this product enters the marketplace.
