The one merbau timber board will be removed by us The line in green indicated the area needing cladding We have built a pool 70cm lower than our top deck and there is a gap between the 2 decks. We have some cabinetry that we need to update to change the colour of the panels. We are wanting to get rid of the timber look Melamine cabinets, in our bar area and replace the carcasses with white Melamine and the door/ drawer fronts with two pack. The current base cabinets where the drawers are (including the drawers) as well as the skinny cabinet to the right are already white melamine - these can all be reused. We would also like to close in the open section on the top left with either a fold down door, or a left side hinged door. Overall height is 1055mm and overall width approx 1470mm (700mm drawer unit, 570mm full door and 200mm skinny cupboard on left). - Due date: Flexible

Cut back existing plasterboard around air conditioning unit and install insulation to the wall (3.5m wide, 2.45m high). Add framing as required to joints and install plasterboard. Finish joints. Close off a wall opening (450/400mm, two wall sides) with plasterboard, including framing as required and finishing of joints. I have an existing outdoor shed 2.7m (W) x 4.3m (L) x 2.5m (H) with metal sheet walls. Job is to remove the exterior sheeting and replace with weather proof external lining & match boarding. Also ensure roof is weather / water tight - extend out as required. Also need to line internal walls. I have double doors to go on front and a couple of framed windows to be installed in the shed. Job is to include labor and materials except doors and windows which I have. Easy access and power close by. Shed will be empty for when work is commenced.
