Task is to cut out the affected section of the floor boards, repair/replace/ double up the rotted floor joists, and replace the cut out section with a piece of plywood that we will vinyl tile over. We aren’t looking for the gourmet final solution just a repair to keep us going until we renovate.

Hey there we need experience carpenter preferably someone with insurance to create a separation wall between a main house and the back yard. Would prefer to use James hardie brush concrete finish cladding for a "concrete look" Area is 12m Hight 1.8 The width between post is 140mm 1, would prefer to use mould/ moisture resistant insulation in between wall ( sound proofing) non glass type due to ( high allergy to glass insulations. 2, any wood use have to be treated type due to termites/moisture issues in the area. Reinstate 4 built in cabinets (3 wardrobes, 1 linen cupboard). We are nearly done with a renovation. Now that the floors are in and ready, it's time to get the storage back in. Our priority is speed and quality ahead of price. All cabinets were removed and labeled by a cabinetmaker found through Airtasker. The plan was for them to reinstate them, but they are on a multi-month job. What you need to deal with: - All are floor to wall, you don't need to deal with bulkheads or fitting to the ceiling. - You will need to make minor adjustments: the floor/subfloors have just been replaced so levels will have changed (for the better). - Walls are brick with lime mortar, care is needed to avoid cracking. - Optionally, replace existing ornate top moulding with something simpler. Looking for a tradie to move large metal shelf approx 1.5m+ slightly to the right as it is blocking our usage of the dishwasher. The shelf will move to the right about 6-10cm. We're have floor repairs scheduled that require the removal of 3 built in wardrobes and one linen cupboard. All are wall and floor attached systems with internal cabinetry modules. Cabinetry is to be removed with as little damage as possible and stored on site for later reinstatement by the original wardrobe installer. They aren't available in our timeline, hence Airtasker
