I need someone who has the professional equipment to cut skirting board timber (which I have already bought) to size. This will require someone who can do a 45° angles. It is not a huge job... this is just to add to areas where we did a renovation recently. I have the measurements all done, just need someone with the equipment to cut them to size.

I’ve taken on a project for my business, building a kiosk out of timber. I’m new to this and had been going quite well until today when I got a bit stuck. The issue is the final and largest bench top is not lining up with the frame it sits on. The frame length and width is perfect at all 4 corners but I think that the bowed timber is the problem. Basically I need someone to take a look and possibly help me fix it. Please quote me your first hour and if you end up staying longer we can sort out the extension on the spot. The wood support (or ‘cornice’) has rotten completely on my skylight. I need to remove, replace and reseal this beam. It is approx 4m long. I understand this is not a long term fix, so just want to waterproof the skylight for another 10 years or so. - Due date: Flexible

We have two tasks. The first is to reduce the size of the step in the photo below by cutting the area to the right of the line in the first photo. The idea is to leave the area that has been cut level with the surrounding flooring. We think (but are not sure) there are floorboards underneath the step. The second task is to level out as far as practical the raised area of the flooboard circled in the second photo. It has become raised over time likely due to the expansion of the surrounding wood. 2 x doors, solid timber, very old and no longer work properly. They catch on the frame. They have many many years of paint on them which isn't helping.
