Reduce cabinet size in kitchen

We are wanting a small deck (1.3m x 6.14m) built down the side of our new build house to access a clothes line. The access to the area is limited (see pictures) so may need to go through the house itself or squeeze down the side of the air con unit. We are seeking a qualified builder with a good understanding of compliance with termite barriers. We are looking to use an Ekodeck material (or similar). The builder would need to level the area with the appropriate fill and construct the deck as well. Please quote for time and materials. The first picture is of the area where the deck is to be constructed. The second and third photos are reference of access only. The photos are taken from the laundry door that connects directly to the area.

I had a built in study desk installed into a new townhome build. Issue is they placed the drawers underneath the benchtop making the benchtop ergonomically unusable. The benchtop height is ok, but the built in drawers underneath need to go so I can sit higher. It is all integrated together so the benchtop may need some additional supports to make it stable with weight on it and removal of the drawers may leave marks/holes in the walls. As it is a new home I need the finishing to be done well to keep the home looking like new still.

I am looking to get a quote for someone to supply and install outdoor kitchen cabinetry and benchtops. Requirements are as follows: - We have a 2.64m wide space. - we require 900mm drop down area to install a BBQ. - we require a sink to the left of the bbq area and a prep space with cabinetry to the right of the bbq. - we would like stone running across the entire top of the outdoor kitchen. - we require some weatherproof option for behind the outdoor kitchen (either a half wall of bricks, or open to other options). - we have gas and water connections to the left of the area so would need to accomodate these inlets in the side of the cabinetry. I have attached a picture of where we would like the outdoor kitchen to go, and an idea of what we would like the kitchen to look like (not those colours, but configuration wise). Thanks

Hi, Everything has been put together, and the oven/cooktop section as well as the pantries have been leveled and mounted to the wall so the hard part has been done. I am needing the following: RHS pantry end panel attached Overhead fridge cupboard installed Doors attached to base cupboards 5 X soft close draws runners attached 5 x draw faces Handles attached for draws and cupboards Back panels of island bench cut and attached Kickboards attached Liquid nail all the feet of kitchen In addition I am needing bulkheads above the pantry doors to be installed I am needing this done before the 25th as the floors are being flooded on the 25th. Please refer to images, this only a half days work as the hard part of leveling has been done. - Due date: Needs to be done on Tuesday, 23 January 2024
