The shed will be getting delivered in late Jan 2025 and I'm hoping assembly can be done as close to delivery as possible. I will also be requiring permits. Fascia boards on the upstairs balcony have warped and starting to open up on adjacent fascia board with the join. Probably one or both both boards to be replaced or a section of it.

The wet weather conditions over many years have rusted the base of the metal frame of my shed, as well as the bottom of the wall sheets. My plan is to have someone give me a hand securing some metal brackets between the concrete slab and the metal sheeting using dynabolts and fasteners. This will prevent the shed from rustling in the wind until I can get it replaced. Any questions sing out. I can supply the metal brackets as shown in the photo, I don’t have dynabolts or fasteners as I’m not certain as to the correct ones. The shed wall is 4m long with 3m affected by rust and swaying. Probably best to go all the way along.

The house is built in the 60’s the cover on the meter box is the original, it has a slide at the top, difficult to fully describe but basically needs a new front panel possibly a thin sheet of ply. And to be reattached to the meter box.
