Building a kaboodle cabinet from Bunnings

We have a small retail shop and want to build a free standing single change room out of plywood. Looking for quotes on how much this would cost. Attaching an image of what we would like. Open to design alterations. Size is 100cm length x 100cm width x 200cm high.

The house is built in the 60’s the cover on the meter box is the original, it has a slide at the top, difficult to fully describe but basically needs a new front panel possibly a thin sheet of ply. And to be reattached to the meter box.

We have an area on our property that we would like to put a shed on. The problem is is that the ground is already layed with concrete and it's not flat.
