We have 12 alfresco tables that are getting wobbley/ loose. The area which is affected is highlighted in the photo attached. They are NOROCK terrace models. Looking for someone who can offer a solution / repair

Modifications to existing 1970's kitchen cabinetry as follows: - Remove bench top including cook top & sink - Modify cabinetry below sink to suit dishwasher installation (600mm wide, under-bench) - Modify cabinetry to suit 900mm wide oven below cook top (currently 600mm wide and located left of the cooktop). - Install runners to 4x drawers to ensure they run smoothly - Remove section of existing cabinetry in the corner (approx. 1.5m + 1m) and replace with full-height pantry cup/a and fridge recess. - New stone benchtop Cabinetry is in good condition hence we'd like to keep the base cabinets wherever possible. The door & drawer fronts could be relaminated (Option 1) or replaced (Option 2). Please allow for both. No overhead cupboards. Electric oven and cook top removed by others. Kitchen approx. 3.6x3m in size and has timber floors. Skip bin available for demo materials. Scope to be refined at site inspection (early January 2025). Must be available to complete works by mid-late March 2025.

Hi, I need new pantry doors supplied and installed. We would like glass (dark or tinted) doors with a wooden frame may need to be custom built.

Carpentry job. There is a small approx 5/6cm gap between the floor boards and the wall, extending approximately 1.5 metres behind our fridge which we have noticed when we pulled out the fridge and would like filled with a permanent wooden board so that there is no gap. It does not have to be aesthetically pleasing as it is not a noticeable area in the kitchen just something we would like to have filled.

To please install EasyShed shed (narrow 0.78 x 1.5m) onto existing concrete slab. See photos. Must have shed building experience and tools to fix to concrete, pivot, drill etc. Concrete fasterners and J hooks in box. Cheers

Need a patio installed to be weatherproof all year round. The deck is small, approx 2m x 1.5m. Patio must be joined to side of house, also need the boards repaired/restored where there has been weather damage as shown. Post to support patio can insert into the square shaped hole in the deck (previous post and awning fell down)

We have a 38ft boat at Fremantle Sailing Club and are looking for a qualified flooring specialist or shipwright to sand and reseal the flooring, in addition to refinishing some of the other parts of the wooden interior. Quotes welcome.

3 doors need to be cut at the bottom to close properly. New flooring was installed and doors now need to be resized to close properly. Timber flooring is 12mm, 10-20mm will need to be cut off the bottom of doors. Doors can easily be removed. Duct tape will need to be applied to reduce paint chipping and damage as best as possible.

Im currently renovating and looking for a carpenter to help me finish the reno. We have a deck to build, patching in some.jarrah floorboards, 3 doors to be installed, skirts and architraves. And a list that's keeps growing.

Remove plaster board and skirting in corner both sides . Replace with fire board - 25mm thick x 2mx1m . 2boards. Cut supports so fire board sits flush . Finish joints . Replace skirting and make good to adjacent components.

Needing a third set of hands to assist two carpenters with the replacement of some existing timber cladding with new cement sheet weatherboard. Starting 7am tomorrow (Thurs) till approx 3pm and same again Friday. Job may extend into Monday and Tuesday if also available and weather permits. Attached budget price is for one day, can adjust for additional days / hours as needed. Basic hand tools would be helpful but absolutely necessary. All materials supplied and on site.

I have a small Burmese cat, and need to install a total of three cat doors into the beautiful old pine doors in my fremantle home. I am looking for something willing to do this with attention to detail and care for the original doors that are currently in situ. I am yet to purchase the cat doors themselves, and can do in consultation with whoever takes it on :) May require replacing one panel at bottom of door. Mouldings can be removed. Look forward to hearing thoughts and interest! Open to ideas too — looking for something in keeping with the character and age of the house!

We have installed a library ladder to access mezzanine level in the house. However it hangs a little short and is therefore too steep to climb safely. We would like the ladder extended at the bottom with a few extra inches of wood added. It currently has wheels attached to the bottom but these are somewhat redundant so we would like them taken off, the legs extended in matching wood, and protector pads added to the feet to prevent scratching the floor.
