I am looking for a furniture restorer or keen woodworker to help modify my bobbin-legged side table. Height Reduction: I’d like the legs shortened by approximately 15 cm, removing about two large “bobbles” from the legs. Ideally, the height reduction will be done from the top of the legs, leaving the bottom and crossbars untouched. Shelving in Garage I am seeking an experienced handyman / carpenter to: (a) purchase wood and strong heavy duty bracket raw materials; and then (b) build / install bespoke made to measure garage shelving I am thinking a 25mm thick plywood for all shelves. I have two large ply sheets that I need to specific dimensions. The sheets are 2400 by 1200, and they need to be cut into 8 pieces. You will need a circ saw, something to measure to the mm, maybe a 2x4 for cutting accuracy, and a saw horse. You'll need to set up in a parking lot because there's nowhere else to cut them! The ply sheets are currently in the parking lot of my building.
