Find experienced local carpenters in Glenelg Jetty Road

We need a custom L shape floating unit that will cover both the hole on the one wall and the power points and routers on the other. The space is not big enough for a TV unit. Example attached but would need to be L shape

Two identical under sink cabinet doors (730x480mm) need to be reduced in width by approx 90 mm each. Anyone out there with the tools and skills to achieve this? It’s not going in the queens kitchen, but we’d love the adjustment to look as seamless as possible. We are thinking, a couple of clean cuts down the middle, and then some carpentry magic to get it back to strength. Perhaps some doweling/gluing/reinforcement on the back?? We are redesigning our kitchen and reusing our current kitchen cabinets and buying a few more second hand ones from Gumtree. However, we've now exposed our wooden floorboards, so aiming to change the cabinets from wood to an off-white colour.
