I have had a new kitchen installed and the cabinetry now goes to the ceiling. The kitchen guy has cut around the existing architraves and I now need someone to cut and install around the cabinetry to finish off. Hopefully keeping existing Architraves that do not need replacing. Approx measurements for the areas that need the architraves are:- 30mm 121mm 20mm 130mm 30mm 76mm

Our back decking needs replacing. Dimensions are 5.83m wide by 5.31m + a small roughly 1x1m additional bit (see sketch). The deck sits roughly 1/2 a metre (or less) above the ground. Obviously it's a bit hard to tell, but we are hoping the frame and joists are in OK condition, and understand if they aren't this will increase the job cost. After a quote based on the assumption they are ok. Job is as follows: - pull up existing pine decking boards (nailed down not screwed) - cut and screw down new merbau boards (supplied) - decking screws will also be supplied
