On the wall of the main bedroom, there is a wall made of insulated padding material. There is a small area of stain ?burn from heat of bedside light lamp (see attached photo). Wondering if anyone can help fix / clean this before end of tenancy (30/11/24)?

I’ve got a section of cabinets in my kitchen that I want to swap around, changing the fridge over with the oven. I’ve had a few carpenter friends look at it and they don’t think it would be overly challenging but recommended I get a cabinet maker to look at it. Pool pump cover needs repair/complete rebuild. I don’t have any of the tools or materials that would be required to complete. Needs to be made of a material that won’t rot in the weather.

Qualified carpenter require to replace 1.4mtr length of wood on awning and secure with a brace . i have the wood required for the job. if good at your trade i have a couple of other small jobs to complete

ABSCO Space Saver Garden Shed 2.26mW x 0.78mD x 1.95mH Concrete slab already done. Needs the anchor bolts put in - already have them and the drill bits required as per photo. Tools required Shifter, pop rivet gun, drill. I have a 3 step ladder. Have already placed the shed near to installation site. I am able to help with lifting etc. if you’ve put together a few of their sheds before that would be ideal.

I need a hills host wall mounted clothes line installed. A few things that make this a little tricky. It has to be installed on the fence line but I don’t want the full weight in the Colorbond fence. I have brought a mounting stand but on the instructions it says that it has to be concreted in. We have already concreted that area. So I’m hoping you might know what to buy to help install it into the concrete we already have. I have attached photos of the products and the location I want it installed. Happy to give you cash for the additional parts that need to be brought. The other thing I will need is marine plywood attached to the back wall of my cubby house. I’ll attach the rough measurements and the product from Bunnings. You will need to pick up the sheets of ply and screws and bring them to my house. As I don’t have a car big enough. Measurements don’t have to be exact as I know it’s not square but I do want the top triangle area included. Also all of these stones removed. Don’t care what you do with them but I want them gone. Attached is a photo with a child that keeps putting them in his mouth.

Build some shelves in our offsite

I have recently installed interlocking ceiling panels on our single file 3 car garage. It was fitted on an older frame and some of the gaps are tiny and some are a little bit wider i need someone local with extensive experience and skills to select which trimming and come up with a plan and finish it off to a high standard. I will pay for and supply all materials needed. It may involve a pre fitting and painting before final installation.

We have a 3x3 meter shed to put together week of 21st October! Please someone who has done this before
