1st to cut out six signs for a shop front. the templates are already cut. Need the sign boards to be cut, edges bevelled, hooks placed in the top for hanging & painted with chalk paint. need sign mount to be mounted on outside of shop to hand said sign. also need benches built in the Hotdesk Area, and power to this area. shelves are needed to be installed intsalled in show room behind main counter, behind second counter and along western wall to compliment large book shelves. rolling counter(second counter) to be built along with benches and shelving. roller wheels to be installed on display tables in show rooms pull down blinds to be installed in windows at front of short room. Dividers put in place between wait area, hot desk area and "CHill out space. benches to be installed in back storage room potentially storage cupboards if you can manage we will be using recycled pallets/recycled timber/ready made cabinets. ALso will need a couple of support beams to hang lights and a ceiling in one room. this work will take place over a few months between june 1st and December 1st, ( in stages.) no tire kickers please. best hourly rate will be selected as long as you come with good references and proof of previous work.

Price difference when you buy assembled and unease makes online is $31 I got unassambled as shipping was much cheaper. I happy to pay a total of 300 to get job completed. I have a small wall area, next to the kitchen sink that I'd like tiled (as water from the sink splashes there). It is an L shape with the bottom part 60cm long and 62cm high, and the top part 19cm x 46cm (roughly 0.46 sqm total). Currently plain ol' gyprock (photo of space attached) We have > 1 square metre of plain, simple, white gloss rectangular tiles at that are 200 mm (L) x 100 mm (H).

Looking for a concreter to help form up and pour/finish the job. Area is 4m x 1.8m for a small extension. Refer to photos for size... bricks and roof will be removed prior so access will be easy. Looking for either quote or hourly rate. Cheers
