Front wooden Deck is 1995 vintage and still solid, but some bearers have wood rot. Need to replace old wood with treated pine or Ideally replace the wooden deck with steel structure. There are 3 steel beams that could form the core of the structure.
Paul is experienced and very helpful and I would recommend his services unreservedly. His excellent knowledge of Engineering and structures were key in providing me the advice I needed to move forward with a complex and demanding task. He came up with several innovative suggestions, communicated clearly and steered me in the right direction.
