My rear deck has no access to the kitchen grease trap underneath it. Create a wooden door to access the area below. Would need to be strong enough to hold a person standing on it.

Baseboards / plinth boards were partially removed from weatherboard house during restumping. Single plinth board now needs to be reinstalled around perimeter of house (see red line in attached floor plan for affected area). I have the plinth boards.
