Seeking experienced cabinet maker to fix poor design of existing kitchen cabinets housing two built in refrigerators. Existing refrigerators need to be temporarily removed and an air vent/space installed (with fans?) to rear of cabinet to facilitate air flow and exhaust of hot air at rear of refrigerator into ceiling above. Also, door hinges need replacing as they are sagging and allowing doors to rub together. Price negotiable depending on solution.

I have an old fuse box on the wall in my living room, approx 9cm deep/35.3cm wide/ 35.3 cm long. I would like something made to replace this (in white) that could perhaps also incorporates a display box (square shelf) of the same size at the bottom LHS corner. Job details: Location: Hawthorn Scope of work: Sanding and resealing wooden floors across approximately 84sqm. Potentially staining too, open to advise based on the pictures, I am happy with the current colour is just has some wear and tear in locations. For end of lease, help dismantle existing shop shelving which is made out of pallets in framing, about 15 pallets total and putting them in skips out back.The builder installed them knowing they would have to be dismantled so hopefully quite straightforward. Bonus to do minor patching when the shelving was bolted into the walls. The floors are exposed timber and cannot be scratched so someone who takes care with their work is required. Expect it to take half to 1 day.

Need someone to install a utilities access panel in drywall. Existing hole in wall needs to be expanded a little bit before installing access panel flush within wall with no gaps and then painted to blend into drywall. Access panel provided. Please bring all tools/materials to complete installation. Current hole measures 700*380 with access panel installation dimensions 780*400.

Internal space will be used for storage, with ornaments & jewellery displays on top. White melamine or similar for materials. 1 x white, fully enclosed riser/boxes (1m wide x 15cm deep x 10cm high) 1 x white, fully enclosed riser/boxes (1m wide x 15cm deep x 20cm high) These will be used as steps for the ornament displays. These will need to be completed on or before 24th October & delivered to Hawthorn East. Please include in your quote the soonest you can have these completed - the sooner the better for us. Attached is a render of how these will be used. Our current quote is for $3000 + GST so any quotes that beat that will be considered. Please include photos of your previous work for reference. Need someone to fix sliding door. One side seems almost completely jammed and is a struggle to open the other opens but I would like it smoother. The doors are wooden and have a pane of glass in the middle, are doors that lead from living room to outdoors.

We are looking for someone who can remove the existing laminate bench top from our island bench and then install a new laminate ikea bench top (one piece), sink and tap which will need a separate tap hole in the bench. We have all of the parts so ready to go asap.

We've had our power upgraded to 3 phase and our previous meter box was too small for the new meter panel. I'd like a simple box constructed that is attached to the wall, with a door. Please supply the materials. I am happy to paint it myself. The size of the box will be approximately W 42cm, H 45cm, D 24cm. The earth cable is also not secured to the wall, so would appreciate if this can be tidied up somehow.

Install internal Bunnings Prempanel Timber Slat Panels and wall hang 14 x 60cm cabinets in apartment. Timber panels would need to be picked up from Bunnings by you so probably need a van, tray or racks (purchased by me) and they are 2.7m long x 0.6m wide each. I will build IKEA cabinets, just need someone to install them properly. Not sure if best to install timber panels around cabinets or install cabinets over top of panels (to be discussed). Attention to detail is really important for this project. The apartment has limited space so maybe some initial cutting needs to be done off-site. Wall is about 2.4m high by 4.8m wide. The building has an elevator and panels will fit if cut down to 2.4m.
