I’m looking for a timber pine deck to tick the box of having one - it needs to look premium but doesn’t need to be as I am selling the house. The deck is to be built on an existing concrete base. To properly seal tin around base of building and around two sets of sliding doors to prevent moisture ingress and pests. The material surrounding the doors is tin. The building is an Airbnb from a converted shed.

Cut 11 gym mats to fit in the room. You will need a metal ruler and a Stanley knife for this. Then assemble 2 racks

Hey everyone I’m settling on a property in Healesville on May 7 and looking to commence the extension of a deck (with roof). The space is approx 60sqm. See photos below. I would love to have these custom built trusses installed and have it as a pitched roof. Depending on which roof, and build quality my budget is between $20-$30k. Complete transparency I have a quote for $22k however this builder can’t commence works until June / July. I’m after something to get going sooner rather than later. Cheers!
