Find experienced local carpenters in Heathridge

Hi!! We’ve recently purchased a property needing some renovations. We’re looking for a quote from a carpenter to assist with the following. Please note, we haven’t inspected the place in person yet, as we’re not based in Perth. The list below is based on photos, inspection reports, and agent recommendations, so there may be adjustments (more/less) once we arrive and can confirm everything. We plan to be there during renovations from Sat 2nd to Mon 18th Nov. It would be great if you could stop by before starting work to ensure we’re aligned and see if there’s anything we may have missed or need to organise! The property is 117 sqm with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. We don’t have a floor plan yet, but we’ll work on getting one drawn up (no measurements will be included though). * Removing and replacing 4 shelves in bedroom wardrobes, adding a clothes rail in each. One bedroom has corner storage. Same as above for the pantry, which also has corner storage (approx. 5 shelves). * Replacing 9 internal doors and adding door handles. * Skirting the entire property. * Laying hybrid flooring (ideally over kitchen tiles, but if not feasible, for 4 rooms only). * Replacing some (2 or 3) timber panels around the outdoor spa with composite planks. *Fix a strut that is split in the roof with strapping or coach bolts. * Potentially replacing the front door and frame. With your quote, please include relevant certificates/licenses, note any unavailable dates, and an estimate of how long you’ll need to complete the work. I am doing a built in study and I am having trouble hanging the ikea wall cabinets. I have all brackets here. There’s only about 2.3m of cabinets. 5 cabinets in total. - Due date: Flexible

We are needing a reliable carpenter to help build a few internal walls + for an extra room being the built-in property of ours. I have a detailed scope of work with measurements for you to see and would like to organize an in-person inspection tomorrow around 3 pm or Thursday morning. My quote is just for the inspection only.
