Carpenter or handyman to make some bench seats like the sample photo. i have the bench seat here so you can just use as the template. looking to get about 10 made.

Build Timber sub floor and deck. Ideally, the finished timber decking height will be the same height as inside floor height. Price does include materials and labour

We are having new floorboards installed on Dec 11th and need to plane the front door and two internal doors to allow the floorboards to fit underneath.

We need help building a base under and around some premade cabinets next to our fireplace. We also need the skirting boards removed and two bench tops (33mm wood) cut to size to place on the top. We have all the wood and will be constructing the cabinets we just need the above labor done.

We need to fix the wooded stairs at our childcare center that children use to climb up on for the nappy change. At the moment, the staircase is not very stable, as the latches don't give them proper stability. Please look through the pictures I have posted. We are looking for a solution that can make it stable. Probably a carpentry job. The stair also goes back into the space like a drawer. Currently the sliding is also not very smooth. Looking for some solution to make it stable and slide in/out smootly.

Replace broken timber plants , painted deck and will be repainted so nothing fancy just remove the existing pieces , 3 of them and replace with new Including material .

The kitchen needs a full face lift but keeping the carcasses, potentially widening the fridge cavity. New doors and handles, new benchtop, please refer to photo and advise thoughts.
