I need a handyman/ carpenter to build a portable studio/office 6 x 3 with toilets and shower . they need to know all rounder work like carpentry , tiling , plastering , painting etc. - Due date: Flexible

-Minor alteration to one of the cupboards to fit a standard dishwasher -Alter the top of the cabinetry at the sink to accommodate a 'farm sink' (so that cabinet has appropriate depth and width to fit it) -extend the current small wall pantry so that it is a normal full length pantry (or replace with full sized pantry - I've aeen these at Mitre10 for $100). -Remove the shelf that is sitting above the rangehood and remove all kitchen benchtop and old sink (with minimal/no impact because I am replacing the benchtops and also need the tiles to stay intact). -Paint kitchen cupboards afterwards -Install new cupboard handles (I'll buy these in advance) Note: The kitchen is extremely small, so this shouldn't be a massive job, mainly removing things and adjustments, and paint over at end. The top floor of our house needs the floors refinished. We have bought the stain already (Cabot black Japan) and we’re planning to do it ourselves but we just don’t have the time. Attached is our floor plan with the dimensions but we only need top floor (excluding the bathroom and toilet which are tiled) refinished. We have removed the wall separating the kitchen/dining with the living room. We need this done the first two weeks of May as we can move our furniture to the basement and stay locally.
