We have a old Laundry bench top with sink that needs replaced. Have the bench and new sink (we can get plumber to do installations if needed) Old Bench top needs to be removed, modification to existing cabinet made and new bench cut to size and installed. We would like to add an extra vertical timber balustrade column to make our staircase more child safe. Measurements for the current columns are 940x33x33 and are painted in a neutral white. We are not fussed on replicating the design but wood must be of equal or better quality to existing columns.

I need an experienced floor sander to come on site and see if the existing floorboards have any remaining life left and if the floor could be sanded and refinished. I’m not sure if and how many times the previous owners have sanded it before. This task is for project scoping only.
